2019 Paving Program
The 2019 Marysville Paving Program includes the following: • City Paving Project o Pavement planing and resurfacing of approximately 21,500 LF of roadway o Approximately 4,000 SF of concrete sidewalk including 38 curb ramps and approx. 3,500 LF of curb. • CDBG Sidewalk Improvements o Approximately 7,800 SF of concrete sidewalk including 10 curb ramps and approx. 750 LF of curb.

Columbus Avenue Stormwater Improvements
The project consists of the installation of the following: • Approximately 2,000 feet of storm sewer ranging from eighteen (18) to forty-two (42) inches in diameter. This work will also include the manholes and catch basins necessary to permit access to the system and promote positive drainage. • Forty-eight (48) inch drainage culvert and sixty (60) inch steel casing pipe utilizing jack and bore method under the adjacent CSX Railroad • Necessary restoration (including grading, seeding, erosion control, etc.) and other miscellaneous items required to restore the area to its original condition, or better.

West 5th Street Improvements
The West 5th Street Improvements project consists of the installation of the following: • Roadway – 3,200 feet of roadway improvements along West 5th Street from Raymond Road / Damascus Road to Grove Street / West 4th Street. • Roadway improvements include pavement resurfacing, new curbing, drive approaches, sidewalks, asphalt shared use path, street lighting, signal upgrades, and storm sewer. • Storm Sewer – approximately 2,180 feet of new storm sewer, 11 new storm structures and 1 storm water quality structure • Maintenance of traffic to facilitate the construction of these improvements • Necessary restoration (including grading, seeding, erosion control, etc.) and other miscellaneous items required to restore the area to its original condition, or better. • Via alternate bids, a shared use path through the City of Marysville’s Oakdale Cemetery may also be included within the scope of this project.

Bicentennial Park
New city park project includes: • Landscaping including shade trees, shrubs, mulching and perennials • Spreading topsoil and grass placement across the approximate one (1) acre site • Forty (40) gabion baskets filled with local washed river gravel • 5,500 square feet of concrete sidewalk • Necessary restoration (including grading, erosion control, etc.) and other miscellaneous items (including benches, trash / recycling receptacles, etc.). • Via alternate bids, an irrigation system and park lighting may also be included within the scope of this project.

The work consists of the removal of the Water Treatment Plant's lime lagoon sludge. There's approximately 12,500 dry tons of Water Treatment Plant lime lagoon sludge residual to be removed.

Plum Street Improvements
The project consists of the installation of the following: -Roadway: 1,000 feet of public roadway (including a boulevard section) South of East Ninth Street, including lighting, curb, sidewalk and maintenance of traffic -Storm Sewer: A 50 foot long 16’x 5’ box culvert -Sanitary Sewer: 150 feet of sanitary sewer relocation including four manholes -Necessary restoration (including grading, seeding, erosion control, etc.) and other miscellaneous items (including a potential waterline relocation) required to restore the area to its original condition, or better. The original Engineer's Estimate for this project is $804,500. After Addendum #1, the Engineer's Estimate has been revised to $930,000.
