SR 38 Vertical Realignment Improvements
The project consists of the installation of the following: -Full depth replacement of 375 linear feet of SR 38 including the lowering of this roadway by two (2) feet to improve the sight distance from the adjacent Boerger Road -Necessary restoration (including grading, seeding, erosion control, etc.) and other miscellaneous items required to restore the area to its original condition, or better. -Maintenance of Traffic and the associated detour signage will be handled by separate contract.

Mill Wood Boulevard Extension
The Mill Wood Boulevard Extension project consists of the installation of the following: - Roadway – 2,800 feet of five lane public roadway between State Route 31 and State Route 4, including lighting, curb, sidewalk and an asphalt shared-use path - Storm Sewer – 3,600 feet of storm sewer including the associated storm structures, 147 foot 8’x4’ box culvert, and two (2) water quality basins - Sanitary Sewer – 3,300 feet of sanitary sewer extension including the associated manholes and 200 feet of jack and bore sanitary sewer installation - Waterline – 320 feet of 12” waterline and the associated appurtenances - Landscaping – 136 trees and seeding and mulching

33 Innovation Park Development Signage
The project consists of the installation of the following: - One (1) 33 Innovation Park Development Sign (including the sign structure) along US 33. - One (1) 33 Innovation Park Development Sign (including the sign structure) along Industrial Parkway. - Associated electric work to provide lighting to each sign. - Necessary grading to achieve the desired elevation of each sign. Per the Bid Documents, Alternate Bids for the sign(s) materials (columns and bases) may be considered.

SR-31 Improvements, Phase 1 (PID 101063)
The project consists of the following: • Reconfiguration (from four (4) to five (5) lanes) of SR 31 starting north of the US 33 westbound ramp and terminating at Mill Road – approximately 650 linear feet • Reconfiguration (from three (3) to five (5) lanes) of SR 31 starting just at the SR 31 / Mill Road intersection to the Mill Wood Boulevard intersection – approximately 900 linear feet • Southbound turn lane installation north of Mill Wood Boulevard – approximately 900 linear feet • The project will include also curbing, storm sewer installation, striping, signage, street lighting, traffic signal replacement, sidewalk (west side from Mill Road to Mill Wood Boulevard) and shared use path (east side from Mill Road to Mill Wood Boulevard).

Mill Valley Stormwater Improvements
The City of Marysville Mill Valley Stormwater Improvement project includes the following: Removal of two (2) stormwater detention basins by filling in the detention basins with suitable fill material to the proposed elevations and the removal of a non-functioning stormwater pump station, including all associated storm piping, storm structures and electrical items. Installation of approximately 1200 linear feet of storm sewer ranging from 12” to 48” in diameter, 8 storm manholes and 1 storm headwall. Necessary restoration (including fencing, topsoil, seeding, plantings, erosion control, etc.) and other miscellaneous items required to restore the area to its original condition, or better.

33 Innovation Park, Phase 1
The 33 Innovation Park, Phase 1 project consists of the installation of a new public roadway (including curbing and an asphalt multi-use path) and associated public utilities (sanitary sewer, waterline, and storm sewer). The project also includes the widening of Industrial Parkway for a proposed turn lane. The City's approximate budget for this project is $1,600,000.
