Colemans Crossing & Honda Marysville Traffic Signal
This project consists of installing a traffic signal, including curb ramp replacement, signage and pavement marking modifications, at the intersection of Colemans Crossing Boulevard and the Honda Marysville/Wal-Mart drive in the City of Marysville, Ohio.
There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting held virtually on February 27, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. via the link provided below. Following the Pre-Bid Meeting, prospective Bidders are encouraged to inspect the project area and existing facilities.

2026 Paving Program
The project consists of the following:
• Pavement planing and re-surfacing of approximately 8,500 L.F of roadway
• Including curb ramp, curb, and sidewalk replacement
• Pavement planning and re-surfacing with generally two (2) inches of asphalt concrete surface course
• Installation of pavement markings

Columbus Avenue Roadway Improvements, Phase 1
The project consists of the following:
• Roadway – 2,200 feet of roadway improvements along Columbus Avenue.
• Roadway improvements include pavement resurfacing, new curbing, drive approaches, sidewalks, asphalt shared use path, street lighting, and storm sewer.
• Storm Sewer – approximately 2,900 feet of new storm sewer, 18 new storm structures
• Maintenance of traffic to facilitate the construction of these improvements
• Necessary restoration (including grading, seeding, erosion control, etc.) and other miscellaneous items required to restore the area to its original condition, or better.
The Engineer's Estimate is $2,170,000

Marysville Bridge Design RFQ
The City of Marysville, Ohio, wishes to receive Letters of Interest (LOI) from an Engineering Consultant (or team including sub-consultants) to assist the City with the East 4th Street Bridge Replacement and the new Mill Valley/Upland Reservoir Pedestrian Connector Path and Bridge projects. The project scope shall be sufficient to prepare all final construction documents including the necessary survey, soils testing, calculations, permitting (Ohio EPA, Army Corps, Jerome Township, and Union County Building Department, etc.) and construction services for both the East 4th Street Bridge Replacement and the Mill Valley/Upland Reservoir Pedestrian Connector Path and Bridge.
The project will consist of two areas of interest. The first portion of the project will consist of the design, removal, and replacement of the East Fourth Street Bridge over Town Run between Plum Street and Walnut Street. The second portion of the project is the new Mill Valley/Upland Reservoir Pedestrian Connector Path and Bridge. This portion of the project includes the installation of 4,562 feet of 10 foot wide trail and a bridge that will span Mill Creek. The proposed bridge will have an approximate length of 170 feet.
