New Well # 6
Project consists of a new "rock" well #6 with a proposed rated capacity of 1,000 gpm and associated improvements including waterline connection to well, 16' x 10' (nominal) pre-cast concrete well house (complete with elecrical lighting, heat, ventilation, etc.), vertical turbine well pump, motor, water level sensor, flow meter, and anscillary items.

Water Reclamation Facility Garage

2021 Removal of Water Treatment Plant Lime Lagoon Sludge Residuals
The purpose of this project is to remove the lime sludge from the water treatment plant’s lime sludge lagoon by means of pumping techniques for the City of Marysville. The quantities of sludge to be paid for under this contract shall be the calculated number of dry tons of sludge removed from the City’s lime sludge lagoon in accordance with the specifications herein and measured for payment as specified. Calculation of dry solids shall be by the following formula: CAKE SLUDGE DRY TONS = Wet lbs. removed x % Solids x Sp. Gr. (1.05) / 2,000 lbs. Solids Determination: The value for % solids will be determined by the Owner’s lab or by a certified testing laboratory. This is at no cost to the Contractor.

2021 Utility Improvements
Engineer's Estimate: $3,630,000 This project will consist of: Phase B: Water Treatment Plant Offsite Utilities (Bid items 1 - 50) - Installation of approximately 2000 linear feet of 24” HDPE waterline (1900’ via open cut and 100’ via jack and bore), 5050 linear feet of 20” HDPE waterline (4735’ via open cut and 315’ via jack and bore), 1610 linear feet of 16” HDPE waterline (940’ via open cut and 670’ via directional drilling) -Waterline infrastructure will also include two 24” gate valves, four 20” gate valves, 13 hydrants, -Installation of approximately 1355 linear feet of 6” HDPE force main (685’ via open cut and 670’ via directional drilling). -Force main infrastructure will also include the installation of 2 air release valves -Installation of roadway infrastructure including timber guard rail, 500’ of curb, and a curb inlet -Necessary restoration including driveway replacement, full depth pavement repair, seeding and mulching, and any other items necessary to restore the work area to its original or better condition Phase A: West 5th Street Waterline Replacement (Bid items 51 - 84) - Installation of approximately 1,180 linear feet of 8” C909 waterline pipe, 5 fire hydrant assemblies, and all associated waterline appurtenances. -Relocation of 21 (1"") service taps, 1 (2"") service tap, 1 (3"") service tap, and 1 (8"") service tap. - Proper abandonment of existing waterline and the removal of existing main line valves and fire hydrants assemblies. -Necessary restoration including driveway replacement, full depth pavement repair, seeding and mulching, and any other items necessary to restore the work area to its original or better condition
