Pump Station #4
The project consists of constructing a new sewage pumping station on a site owned by the City of Marysville.
The project includes construction of a new pump building including separate rooms for electrical, chemical handling and biofilter. The major equipment associated with the facility include dry-pit submersible pumps, bioxide chemical feed system, biofilter odor control system, standby generator, onsite utilities, site development and paving, landscaping, and related systems. The project also includes extending a new gravity sewer from the existing pump station nearby.
The engineer’s estimate for construction is $9,500,000.
A pre-bid meeting will be held via teleconference on February 7, 2023 at 1:30 PM local time.

SR 31 Improvements, Phase 3
Widening of SR 31 between Elwood Ave and the US 33 overpass. Reconfiguration of the US 33 EB / SR 31 interchange ramp. Traffic signal replacement. The project will also include curb, storm sewer installation, sidewalks, shared-use path, striping, signage, and street lighting.

2024 Farm Land Lease
The City of Marysville is awarding a two year lease of crop acres for the following properties:
12901 Beecher Gamble Road adjacent to the Wastewater Reclamation Facility (approximately 33 acres)
Industrial Parkway between Coleman’s Crossing and Suntra Way (approximately 147.2 acres)
Raymond Road just south of the Water Treatment Plant at 18000 Raymond Road (approximately 54 acres)
Dog Leg Road just south of the Upland Reservoir between Raymond Road and Dog Leg Road (approximately 78 acres)
All four properties are located in Union County, Ohio, owned by the City of Marysville.
This proposal does not require any bidder to submit an "all-or nothing" bid. Bidders may bid on one, two, three, or all four leases. Each lease will be awarded separately. The City anticipates awards to multiple lessees.

2024 Wastewater Chemicals
The City of Marysville has issued an Invitation to bid on the following water treatment chemicals: Nitrate Solution, Ferric Chloride Solution and Propane. The bid consists of suppling and delivering the chemicals to the City of Marysville Water Reclamation Plant at 12901 Beecher Gamble Road for operations during the 2024 calendar year.
This proposal does not require any bidder to submit an "all-or nothing" bid. Bidders may bid on one, two, or all three chemicals. Each chemical will be awarded separately. The City anticipates awards to multiple suppliers.
The ESTIMATED quantities are:
Nitrate Solution - 100,000 gallons
Ferric Chloride Solution - UNKNOWN lbs.
Propane - 75,000 gallons
Any quantity specified is an estimate only. The City of Marysville will purchase just the quantities necessary, at various times, to perform the intended operation. The purchased quantities may be equal to, less than, or greater than, the estimate.

Marysville MOC Renovation Project

Watkins Road Gravity Sanitary Sewer and Force Main
The project consists of constructing gravity sewer and force main improvements associated with the Watkins Road Pump Station and generally consisting of the following aspects:
• Approximately 6,800 LF of gravity sewer ranging in size from 12-inch to 36-inch and 4,400 LF of 12-inch nominal inside diameter forcemain that collects sanitary sewer flow from upstream of the Watkins Rd Pump Station and conveys it to the City's 60-inch interceptor sewer which flows to the WWTP.
• Two existing pump stations, Square Drive Pump Station and Watkins Glen Pump Station, will be decommissioned and flows will be conveyed to the Watkins Rd Pump Station by the new gravity sewer.
• Additionally, approximately 2,100 LF of 48-inch storm sewer and a corresponding Shared Use Path will be constructed along Delaware Ave/US 36.
