Watkins Road Pump Station
The project consists of building a new sewage pumping station on a site owned by the City and generally
consisting of the following aspects:
A pump building along with a smaller building to house the biofilter. Major equipment associated with the facility include dry-pit submersible pumps, bioxide chemical feed system, biofilter odor control system, standby generator, onsite utilities, site development and paving, landscaping, and related systems.
The engineer’s estimate for construction is $6,950,000.
A pre-bid meeting will be held via teleconference on August 2, 2022 at 9:00 am local time.

Bishop Run Drainage Improvements
This project consists of the following:
- Installation of two stormwater basins, approximately 500' of 60" storm conduit, 700' of concrete channel, and associated drainage structures
- Necessary restoration (including asphalt, driveway, sidewalk and curb replacement, seeding, plantings, erosion control, etc.) and other miscellaneous items required to restore the area to its original condition, or better.
- Via Alternate Bids, this work may also contain the installation of approximately 250' of 36" storm conduit and associated structures. Via a separate alternate this work may also contain the replacement of approximately 950' of 24" storm conduit and associated structures

Warner Road Utilities, Phase-1
This project entails the extension of sanitary and water along Warner Road.
The sanitary sewer will be extended from the east side of the City’s Pump Station #2, which is currently under construction and located just north of Kile Ditch. The sewer will run south along the west side of Industrial Drive for approximately 725-feet to Warner Road. The sewer will run along the south side of Warner Road from Industrial Drive for approximately 3,700-feet.
The water main will be extended south along Warner Road from the terminus of the existing 12” water main on the north side of the road, which terminates at the west end of the existing Warner Industrial Corporate Center on the north side of Warner Road. The water main will be extended approximately 2,400-feet along Warner Road.
This project is a re-bid. The new bid opening date is June 10, 2022 at 1:15PM.
There is NO pre-bid meeting for this project.

Fourth Street Bridge Replacement
The project will replace the existing reinforced concrete slab structure on 4th street over town run with a 14' x 10' precast reinforced concrete box culvert. The project includes full depth pavement replacement, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, building repairs, and other improvements. The total project length is 275 feet.
The date of Substantial Completion is November 30, 2022, and the date of readiness for final payment is December 31, 2022.
The City's Estimate is $749.500.00

2022 Paving Program
City of Marysville annual resurfacing program. This project includes the following:
1) Pavement resurfacing of approximately 21,000 LF of roadway.
2) Approximately 6,000 LF of curb, 41 curb ramps, and 5,000 SF of sidewalk.

Uptown Alley Improvements
This project consists of:
- Removal of the existing asphalt within the alley followed by construction of a brick alley partially utilizing reclaimed bricks.
- Installation of a dumpster and grease trap enclosure, decorative fencing, trench drain, planter beds, string lighting, and outdoor seating.
- Necessary restoration (including asphalt, driveway, sidewalk and curb replacement, seeding, plantings, erosion control, etc.) and other miscellaneous items required to restore the area to its original condition, or better.

Fladt Rd Booster Pump Station
Project consists of two (2) new 40 hp (800 gpm) horizontal split case pumps, electric valves, instruments, and miscellaneous piping to provide boosted pressure to the south distribution area including the new Jerome Township Elevated Storage Tank. The work is located in the pedestal of the existing Fladt Road Elevated Storage Tank.
An optional site visit / pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 7th at 10:00 am at the Fladt Road Elevated Storage Tank.
