The bid is for removal, transport, and disposal of the UST system including PCS and PWS in its entirety. The project consists of the removal of the existing UST system located at the Property including potential contaminated soil (PCS) and groundwater (PWS). The existing system consists of three 10,000-gallon USTs con-taining gasoline, one 6,000-gallon UST containing kerosene, pump islands, and an overhead canopy; generally located inside the limits of the adjacent sidewalks. The Project includes BUSTR closure sampling and reporting following the UST closure requirements in OAC 1301-7-9-12. Following the UST system removal, the Property will have all concrete surfacing removed, and UST cavities backfilled with clean aggregate and covered with a minimum of 6-inches of topsoil, seeded, and hydro-mulched.
