The City of Nashua, NH, herein referred to as “the City”, is seeking an individual or a firm (“Entity”) experienced with the federal New Markets Tax Credit (“NMTC”) program to provide consulting services to the city relating to a specific redevelopment project, for which the City hopes to obtain a NMTC allocation. II. Background In 2017, the Office of Economic Development for the City completed a two year performing arts center feasibility study, which outlined how best the community could implement a successful Main Street strategy to revitalize the downtown by using a performing arts center as an anchor. The study called for a $15.5 million performing arts center and event space. This venue could easily accommodate 500 to 1,000 people. The study recommends an adaptive re-use of a former department store that is currently 100% empty and in need of reinvestment. The city is slated to purchase the building in March of 2018 and would be looking to start construction in 2019.

The City of Nashua, NH, herein referred to as “the City”, is seeking proposals from qualified, interested parties for design, engineering, and permitting services to submit a proposal, including detailed cost, for the planning, design, engineering, and permitting of improvements to the Greeley Park boat ramp and associated access road and parking area, located on the shore of the Merrimack River in Nashua.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), through the Office of Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control, awarded a $2.9 million Lead-Based Paint Hazard and Healthy Homes Control Grant to the City of Nashua, NH. Benchmarks include performing inspections in approximately 150 eligible housing units. The Lead Paint & Healthy Homes Program (LP & HH) hereby solicits and requests proposals from firms, or individuals to provide combination lead paint inspections/risk assessments and clearance examinations. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit meaningful proposals so that the LP & HH Program may select from among a range of proposals. More than one contract may be executed to best meet the needs and requirements of the Program. If more than one contract is awarded, the number of inspections per contract would be less than 150 units.

The City of Nashua is seeking development proposals for high-quality owner- occupied residential development on vacant land at 40 Pine Street. In keeping with the City of Nashua’s Downtown Master Plan, this proposal calls for strategic infill housing project that will repair the neighborhood fabric and provide housing that fits the needs of a diverse population, the goal of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a high quality rental or owner-occupied product that enhances and complements Tree Streets Neighborhood’s existing housing inventory.
