WA0413 MKE Rehabilitate Bullseye
This project is for the rehabilitation of pavements and shoulders
inside hold lines of Runways 1L-19R and 7RL-25L at Milwaukee
General Mitchell International Airport (MKE).
Project Completion: The number of consecutive calendar days the contractor has available to substantially complete the project, excluding punch list items is 165 Calendar Days. The intention is to run MKE Rehabilitate Bullseye, MKE North Ramp Rehabilitation and MKE Rehabilitate Taxiway F concurrently with start dates close in proximity.

WA0400 MKE North Ramp Rehabilitation
This project is for the rehabilitation of the North Apron at
Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE). This project
involves an asphalt mill & overlay, storm sewer structure
replacement and pavement marking.
Additive Alternate: WA0417 MKE Rehabilitate Taxiway F
This project is for the rehabilitation of Taxiway F between
Runways 1L/19R and 7L/25R at Milwaukee Mitchell International
Airport (MKE).
Project Completion: If MKE North Ramp Rehabilitation is awarded, the contractor shall have a total of 137 calendar days to substantially complete the project, excluding punch list. If additive alternative, MKE Rehabilitate Taxiway F is awarded, no additional calendar days will be awarded to the contract:
Base Bid Only = 137 Calendar Days
Base Bid + Alternate = 137 Calendar Days
The intention is to run MKE Rehabilitate Bullseye, MKE North Ramp Rehabilitation and MKE Rehabilitate Taxiway F concurrently with start dates in close proximity.

Renovation and expansion of 50,000 SF in the existing 1950’s Pachyderm Complex located at the heart of the Adventure Africa experience. This project will consist of a full renovation of 10 holdings stalls while combining the two separate buildings with a new enclosed viewing barn featuring flexible interior/exterior yard space to shift rhinos, hippos, and hoofstock.

This project includes the repair or replacement of existing expansion joints, concrete column repairs, beam repairs, concrete crack repair, post tensioned concrete repair work, concrete membrane/sealer placement, post tensioned anchorage waterproofing repair/inspection/sealing at the MKE Airport Parking Structure. Project Completion:
If the Base Bids and any of the six (6) alternatives are awarded, the contractor shall have a total of 194 consecutive calendar days to substantially complete the project, excluding punch list. If any or all additive alternatives are not awarded, the total contract time shall be as follows:

WY012305: Parks Golf Course Irrigation and Golf Cart Construction - Whitnall Golf Course Well Pump Station
Whitnall Park Pump Station project proposes to furnish and install a new pump station to service the Whitnall Park Golf Course Irrigation System. The pump will be installed in the existing pumphouse. In addition, the contractor will also be responsible for furnishing and installing the proposed 12" water main to connect with an existing 8" main using appropriate connections and thrust blocking, in accordance with the plans and specifications. After construction, the contractor shall be responsible to provide restoration to improvement and access areas damaged during the project’s installation.
