Contract 1: Bid Package 1 Hoofstock Quarantine Building The Hoofstock Quarantine Building is a new building enclosure consisting of a pre-engineered (field fabricated) Post Wood Frame Building System. The new enclosure shall have two (2) overhead insulated rolling services doors (south side) and three personnel doors. The new enclosure shall have a perimeter concrete grade beam with a concrete pile cap/steel helical pier foundation system. Inside the pre-engineered enclosure are four (4) holding stalls of concrete masonry unit (CMU) construction. The stall wall tops is 11'-4" above the finished floor line with a wire mesh ceiling. There will be a total of eight (8) sliding gates to allow the transfer of animals into or between each stall. Along the north and south side of the building are keeper corridors for zoo personnel to tend to the quarantine animals. Contract 2: Sewer Manholes & Pipe Rehabilitation Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools and other services necessary for providing the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes and pipes, televising and cleaning of pipes, and abandonment of manholes and pipes as specified. Contractor shall perform this work at multiple Milwaukee County locations including the County Grounds, Zoo, Parks, Airport, and House of Corrections. All work shall be in accordance with Contract Drawings and Specifications. Pre Bid Meeting: December 2, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., meet at Milwaukee County, Architecture, Engineering, and Environmental Services office, 633 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 1000, Milwaukee, WI 53203. Contract 2: Plumbing CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE WRITTEN PROJECT BID SUBMITTAL OF COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL WHEN NOTIFIED AS APPARENT LOW BIDDER. SEE REFERENCE DOCUMENTS LISTED IN INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.

Install WE Energies metering to approximately 42 buildings. Provide a new street lighting system using existing light poles. Provide a new cabling and panels for new street lighting. Replace 6 high mast apron lighting systems including, multiple lights per pole. Upgrade Main Electrical panel in Building 102. Demolish existing overhead service. Contract 1: Bridge Façade Repairs Work will be performed on two Honey Creek Parkway Drive bridges - one North of W. Bluemound Road and the other South of W. Bluemound Road. Work consists of removing and disposing of existing stone façade material from the bridge headwalls and parapet walls. Then construct new reinforced concrete parapet walls/guard rails along the top of the existing concrete headwalls. Disturbed areas will be re-vegetated with turf as indicated in the project Bid documents. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE WRITTEN PROJECT BID SUBMITTAL OF COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL WITH BID.
