The work to be done consists, in general, of installing approximately 3,900 feet of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) water main along with the necessary appurtenances, replacing the function of the existing asbestos cement pipelines. The project also includes installing approximately 45 service connections with meters and meter boxes and installing five fire hydrants. This project contains additives including removing the existing storage tank and installing a new storage tank with other necessary appurtenances within the same site, and installing pavement overlays in the project area.

Juvenile Justice Campus Groundwater Monitoring Wells Replacement
The work to be done consists, in general, installing three new groundwater monitoring wells, including submersible pumps, to monitor first encountered groundwater quality to comply with Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. R5-2007-0150, issued by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. The existing seven monitoring wells, installed in 2007 and shortly after, will remain in place and existing pumps in these wells will be removed and salvaged.

The County of Fresno is requesting competitive RFQ Prequalification Questionnaires to pre-qualify prospective Design-Build Entities (D-B Entity) for:
Design and remodel of an existing 115,000 square foot office building tenant improvement including site repairs, building exterior repairs, and accessibility improvements. The existing building has tilt-up concrete exterior walls and wood framed exterior walls with standard face brick veneer. Previously a telecommunications center, the existing building also includes approximately 105,300 square feet of raised access flooring system at 12 inches above a recessed concrete slab. The renovated building will include adult and children behavioral health service suites, adult and children urgent care suites, medical and records support suites, a children’s daycare, and staff offices. Interior improvements include but are not limited to treatment rooms, telemedicine rooms, medical exam rooms, high-density records storage, open offices, staff offices, conference rooms, and break rooms. Partial demolition has been completed.
