21-02-C Lincoln Avenue Cold Pavement Recycling
The work to be done consists, in general, of recycling the existing surface of Lincoln Avenue, between SR 145 and the Grantland Avenue alignment, using an on-site Cold Central Plant Recycling (CCPR) technique and adding paved 4-foot wide shoulders, traffic striping, and shoulder backing. The CCPR technique establishes an on-site central locations to recycle and reconstruct the existing road’s pavement and will include cold planing 6 inches of the existing road’s surface and placing back the recycled material and then adding a 0.2 foot hot mix asphalt overlay. A varying thickness overlay with pavement interlayer will also be placed from Grantland Avenue alignment to Fig Avenue. The DBE Contract Goal is 12% percent. Federal Project Number: CMLSTBG-5942(300)

21-04-C Fancher Creek Trail
The work to be done consists, in general, of constructing a 10-foot wide equestrian/pedestrian trail of stabilized decomposed granite over compacted native soil for a distance of approximately 1.12 miles. The trail commences on the south side of Kings Canyon Road west of Clovis Avenue and proceeds south to cross Butler Avenue, ultimately ending west of Clovis Avenue approximately halfway between Butler Avenue to the north and Church Avenue to the south. The project also includes the construction or installation of a 5-stall (including one ADA-compliant stall) asphalt concrete parking/trailhead area, a hitching post, removable bollards, and a crosswalk at Butler Avenue. The project also includes removal of various trees and stumps, safety pruning of the entire project right of way, and clearing the right of way for construction.

The work, in general, consists of trimming, removal, and proper disposal of 107 trees and approximately 93 brush units located within the project limits of the Travers Creek at Manning Avenue Bridge Replacement project, 0.6 mi. west of Alta Avenue. Stump grinding is required in certain project areas. All debris generated by the felling, removal, and trimming of trees must be removed. The roadway must be kept free from debris at all times.
