City of Lake Charles, Louisiana Muirfield Drive Drainage-Phase II Project No. 2025-748 Capital Project No. 3224 The general scope of work for Muirfield Drive Drainage Phase II consists of the installation of approximately 1400 linear feet of 36” diameter storm drainage pipe to augment the existing drainage system. This pipe installation begins on the west side of Lot 19 of Turnberry Row subdivision and continues to the west line and into Lot 5 of the Muirfield Village Phase One subdivision. This additional drainage system will be installed along and within the limits of the Lake Charles Country Club Golf Course boundary.

Project No. 2023-726 Capital Project No. 3019 Sale Road Bridge Repair City of Lake Charles, LA The general scope of work for this project is the repair of the Sale Road bridge over Lateral L-2A of Contraband Bayou. This bridge exhibited various defects shortly after it was constructed in 2014. These defects included road pavement settlement, broken tie-rods, drainage pipe/box failures, etc. This project’s repair scope includes: • Construction of a new concrete deadman tie-rod anchor assembly to restore support to the sheet pile wall; • Replace failed drainage concrete pipe and boxes; • Removal and replacement of reinforced concrete pavement; • The associated traffic management, including detour signage.

Capital Project No. CP3167 Lift Station Improvements OCD-DRU City of Lake Charles, LA ~ I. Scope of Services: Due to flooding from previous storm events, the City of Lake Charles evaluated several lift stations that were unable to properly pump the collected wastewater flows into the stations. The existing mechanical and electrical design configurations of these lift stations were the limiting factor of proper operation during the flooding. Proposed mechanical improvements include installation of new dry-pit submersible pumps that would enable the pumping of wastewater during flood events. Proposed electrical improvements include elevating the lift station’s control panels and switchgear above the 100-year base flood elevation. A. Mechanical Evaluation – Mechanical improvements include installation of new dry-pit submersible pumps and the replacement of all suction and discharge valves and header piping to enable the pumping of wastewater during flood events at the following pump stations: 1. 7th Avenue 2.
