Blowers Bid # 622-10-18-49-2 Prices shall be firm through December 31, 2018, with the option to extend for (1) one additional year at the same terms, by written agreement of both parties. Any delivery and/or service charges must be included in the bid price. Quantities may vary; minimum orders shall not be required. St. Tammany Parish Government (Parish) reserves the right to award materials in whole, in part and/ or to multiple vendors. Bids must be submitted on the Pricing Sheet provided. All fields must be filled in, NO blanks will be permitted. If the item is unavailable, enter N/A. The Parish, as a function of Tammany Utilities, owns and operates approximately fifty (50) wastewater treatment plants, forty (40) water wells, over two-hundred (200) sewage lift stations and miles of water distribution and sewage collection lines. It is the intent of the Parish to secure pricing for the specified blowers for use by the Parish. Blowers will be ordered on an “as needed” basis. The Parish has an immediate need for two (2) of each of the specified blowers.

The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to improve by reconstructing and/or milling and overlaying road surfaces as specified along Delery St (R04F023) Section 18 Township 7S Range 12E; Marigny Ave (R04E115) Section 38 Township 7S Range 11E; Pugh Rd (R04E002) Section 48 Township 8S Range 12E.

2018 District 8 & 9 Road Improvements ----- This is a District Capital Road Improvement Project for Districts 8 & 9. The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to improve by reconstructing and/or milling and overlaying road surfaces as specified along Coral Ave (R08L019) Section 6 Township 9S Range 15E; Hampton Ln (R08N006) Section 38 Township 9S Range 15E; Morgan Bluff Rd (R08E009) Section 31 Township 8S Range 15E; Parlange Dr (R08E010) Section 30 Township 8S Range 15E; Pawns Ln (R08I066) Section 26 Township 8S Range 14E; Sticker Rd (R08A034) Section 10 Township 8S Range 14E; Upperline St (R08G007) Section 31 Township 8S Range 15E; Woodruff Dr (R08L069) Section 38 Township 9S Range 15E. The Parish reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law.

Fish Hatchery Rd Mill and Overlay..............Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools and materials necessary to improve roadway surfaces by milling and overlaying of asphaltic concrete, asphalt patching, installing asphalt reinforcement geogrid, and installing roadway striping, as specified along Fish Hatchery Rd. (R07E001) in Lacombe, Louisiana (Section 13 Township 8S Range 12E).
