Road Materials - Prices remain in effect from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020, with option to extend for (1) one additional year, by written agreement of both parties. Price per ton, scale ticket required, FOB Parish Trucks, pit site, for surface course aggregates, sand clay gravel, sands, pea gravel, road gravel clay and fill dirt (road gravel: deleterious material not allowed, i.e. sticks, clay balls, etc.) (sand: A-4 Select) as may be required from time to time in the maintenance and construction of Parish roads within the Parish of St. Tammany. Bids are to be made on such materials according to the 2006 Edition of the State of Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development’s Blue Book titled Louisiana Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges. Price per ton on hauling (scale tickets required for hauling and for pickup) of road materials from pit or landing place to the various road maintenance districts within the Parish. Price per ton on truck spreading road materials on various roads within the Parish as may be required.

Ben Thomas Road Subsurface and Sidewalk Improvements ----- The work specified in this project will require the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools and material necessary for the installation of storm drainage and a sidewalk along the southern side for Ben Thomas Rd (R09D037) Slidell, Louisiana. The work includes, but not limited to trench excavation, bedding, drop inlet and conflict boxes, driveway replacement and roadway repairs, utility adjustments, backfill, lateral yard and effluent piping and all other identified features in accordance with the plans and specifications requirements.

Brookter St Floodgate ----- The contractor shall provide all materials, fabrication and construction to provide a self-actuating floodgate across Brookter St., Slidell, LA., at the intersection of Voters Rd. that completes the flood protection berm that encompasses the Fox Hollow subdivision. The scope of work includes, but not limited to excavation of existing soils, removal of pavement, regrading of road profile, new concrete pavement, asphalt mill & overlay, installation of concrete foundation and wingwalls, purchase and installation of a self-actuating floodgate, embankments, and sodding. The full project scope is described in the plans and associated technical specifications. The Parish reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law.

2019 District 11 Road Improvements, Pt 3 ----- The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials necessary to improve roadways by reconstructing and/or milling, overlaying or to patch road surfaces as specified along Badon Rd. (R09D017) Section 4 Township 9S Range 14E; Cottonwood Dr. (R09F026) Section 40 Township 9S Range 13E; Fairview Dr. (R09D023) Section 4 Township 9S Range 14E; Longleaf Ln. (R09F012) Section 39 Township 9S Range 13E; Sticker Bay Rd. (R06M003) Section 28 Township 7S Range 13E. The Scope of work shall include all items as listed within the specifications. The Parish reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law.
