Rosedown Way Drainage Phase 2-------------- The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials necessary to complete drainage improvements in accordance with the construction plans and specifications for the Rosedown Subdivision, located in Mandeville, Louisiana, 70471. The work includes replacement of existing drainage infrastructure along Camden Court, construction of a new concrete-lined channel to Lake Vista Drive, replacement of culverts under Lake Vista Drive, and all incidental work, such as replacement of concrete street panels, sidewalks, and driveways, utility relocations, installation of sewer and water conflict boxes, and placement of rip rap at the outfall.

2026 District 2, 3 Road Improvements---------- The Contractor shall provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials necessary to improve roadways by milling and overlaying, patching, and reconstructing road surfaces as specified along various District 2 and District 3 Parish roads.

2026 District 6, 8, 9 Road Improvements------ The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials necessary to improve roadways by milling and/or overlaying road surfaces as specified along various District 6, 8, and 9 Parish roads.

Casril Drive Drainage Improvements--------------------------------------This project includes the construction of subsurface drainage, open ditches, cleaning of box culverts, concrete and asphalt drives, asphalt mill and overlay, signage and striping, and traffic calming speed tables, as specified along Casril Dr. between Hwy 59 and Soell Dr., located in Mandeville, LA.
