Choctaw Drive Drainage Repair----------------The Parish requests a Contractor to provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to improve drainage by removing and replacing failed sub-surface drainage, driveways, and adding catch basin, as specified, along Choctaw Drive (R03L111), located in Covington, Louisiana.

Area 3 Turning Radii Improvements-------------------------------The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to improve turning radii as specified along the following Parish roads: • Garden Dr (R09G051) Slidell ; • Liberty Dr (R09G047) Slidell ; • Azalea Ln (R09G052) Slidell ; and • Bryan Rd (R09D036) Slidell, Louisiana.

Dockside Dr Drainage----------------------------------------------The Parish requests a Contractor to improve drainage by removing and installing subsurface drainage pipes and catch basins as specified along Dockside Dr (R08F031) located in Slidell, LA.

DPW Hickory Maintenance Facility Fuel Tank/Dock---------------------Contractor will be responsible for turnkey delivery and installation of two (2) 5,000-gallon UL-2085 Fireguard Fuel Tanks or approved equal and (1) Automated Fuel Management System at St Tammany Parish Hickory Maintenance Barn located at 67835 Hwy 41, Pearl River, LA 70452.The fuel tanks shall comply with all federal, state, and local regulations governing fuel tank installation. The new fuel management system must be an OPW Petro Vend PV200. No substitutions will be allowed due to compatibility issues with the existing OPW Petro Vend Fuel Management System already in place.
