Work included under these contracts consists of the demolition of two existing beach houses (Beaches 6 & 11) and construction of three new beach houses, along with site improvements including new utilities, concrete sidewalks & curbs, kneewalls, earthwork, stormwater management, asphalt pavement, paint striping, signage, and landscaping to support the new beach house at each site.
