CP1269515-Utilities-Pearson Substation-4.16kV Switchgear and Cable Infrastructure Upgrade
This project will replace the Pearson 4.16kV Substation gear along with medium voltage cabling in order to increase capacity and reliability. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: demolishing existing switchgear and medium voltage cabling; purchasing and installing new switchgear and cable; and performing commission testing on the newly installed gear and cable. Additionally, support from our High Voltage (HV) Electricians will be required to perform terminations at the new gear and existing switches.

CP1321285-Reiman Gardens Storage Building and Maintenance Building Addition
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, a 640 SF addition to the existing maintenance building and improvements to the surrounding area, such as new site walls, fencing, paving, and re-striping of the parking lot. Also included is the construction of a new 2,300 SF storage building to store miscellaneous event and horticulture equipment. This storage facility will have general electrical service and lighting; it will be tempered, but not fully conditioned. Expansion of paving will be added to the west of the new storage facility to improve site access and circulation.

This project will repair and replace segments of the retaining wall and replace stairs on the north side of Linden Residence Hall. The scope of work includes retaining wall footing and masonry replacement, site lighting, concrete stair and sidewalk replacement, patio, landscaping, and site drainage improvements. An accessible pedestrian and equipment access route will be provided to the plaza level.
