CP002436 - Friley Residence Hall Window Replacement
The project consists of, but is not limited to the installation of new aluminum windows throughout Friley Hall to replace existing windows removed under separate abatement contract, (exceptions noted in documents). New accessory items to the window installation are included as well as patch, repair and painting of existing wall construction to facilitate installation of new window assemblies. Construction will be completed during multiple phases during summers only – see Construction Progress Schedule and substantial completion dates.

Repair and/or replace damaged wood items as indicated in documents.

CP002324 - Utilities-Chilled Water West Campus Distribution Improvements
The project consists of, but is not limited to, installing new underground utilities consisting of 24 inch chilled water supply and return piping, 12 inch to 42 inch storm sewer system with associated roadway intakes, 10 inch domestic water main, 10 inch sanitary sewer, a steam tunnel extension and underground electrical system for site lighting all under Bissell Road and the adjacent sidewalks from Osborn Drive to Union Drive. Additionally the project includes complete replacement Bissell Road, adjacent sidewalks and all new site lighting for areas affected by the underground utilities.
