CP1281967-Dairy Farm-Barn Roof Truss-Repair
This project includes, but is not limited to, structural repairs of existing wood trusses at the Dairy Barn, DF-10, to plumb existing truss support posts to close gaps and install repairs. Repairs include removal of previous repair splices (approximately 30 locations), and installation of new 2 x 10 splices and additional knee bracing on all trusses. Repairs also include new chord bridging and new cross bracing, as shown on the drawings. Electrical conduit will need to be removed and reinstalled along the trusses as repairs are made. At two locations, sprinkler piping will need removed and reinstalled.

Project also includes reconfiguration of underground sanitary sewer, connection of piping to new owner furnished water heater, and tie-in of existing water softener to new water heater.

CP002436 - Friley Residence Hall Window Replacement
The project consists of, but is not limited to the installation of new aluminum windows throughout Friley Hall to replace existing windows removed under separate abatement contract, (exceptions noted in documents). New accessory items to the window installation are included as well as patch, repair and painting of existing wall construction to facilitate installation of new window assemblies. CP002324 - Utilities-Chilled Water West Campus Distribution Improvements
The project consists of, but is not limited to, installing new underground utilities consisting of 24 inch chilled water supply and return piping, 12 inch to 42 inch storm sewer system with associated roadway intakes, 10 inch domestic water main, 10 inch sanitary sewer, a steam tunnel extension and underground electrical system for site lighting all under Bissell Road and the adjacent sidewalks from Osborn Drive to Union Drive. Additionally the project includes complete replacement Bissell Road, adjacent sidewalks and all new site lighting for areas affected by the underground utilities.
