Remove metal gutters and downspouts, dispose. Install new metal gutter and downspouts. Install new asphalt shingle roof system over ice and water shield membrane and roofing accessories. Repair and/or replace damaged wood items as indicated in documents.

CP002324 - Utilities-Chilled Water West Campus Distribution Improvements
The project consists of, but is not limited to, installing new underground utilities consisting of 24 inch chilled water supply and return piping, 12 inch to 42 inch storm sewer system with associated roadway intakes, 10 inch domestic water main, 10 inch sanitary sewer, a steam tunnel extension and underground electrical system for site lighting all under Bissell Road and the adjacent sidewalks from Osborn Drive to Union Drive. Additionally the project includes complete replacement Bissell Road, adjacent sidewalks and all new site lighting for areas affected by the underground utilities.

B. Issuance 2: Some of the bid packages have been divided amongst pairs of buildings to provide some division of the amount of work. “Phase 2B” will generally include work for the respective scope in Roberts and Lyon Halls. The “Phase 2B” work associated with Issuance 2 would be completed simultaneously with the previous Issuance 1 “Phase 2A” and Issuance 1 “Phase 2A & 2B” work.
