CP1297497-Food Sciences Building-Rooms 2592, 2594, and 2951 Remodel
This project will remodel rooms 2592, 2594, and 2951 in Food Sciences Building. The scope of work incudes: Room 2951: Remove the existing cabinets, countertops, ceiling, lighting, flooring, and the Ansell fire suppression hood and system. Install stainless steel counters from the Health Nutrition Science Building, along with new vinyl flooring, lay-in gypsum ceiling, new lighting, sinks, dishwashers, an icemaker, mop sink, new hoods, ductwork, and walls will be patched and painted. Room 2592: Remove existing testing millwork, ceiling, flooring, sprinklers, diffusers, lights and switches. Install new acoustical ceiling, sheet vinyl flooring, patch and repaint walls, diffusers, new color changing lights, power for a TV, chairs and movable desks. Room 2594: Remove, flooring, sprinklers, diffusers, lights and switches. New sheet vinyl flooring, patch and repaint walls and ceiling, sound seals for doors, diffusers, exhaust and make-up air for odor control, and new lighting with dimming and color control.

CP1269515-Utilities-Pearson Substation-4.16kV Switchgear and Cable Infrastructure Upgrade
This project will replace the Pearson 4.16kV Substation gear along with medium voltage cabling in order to increase capacity and reliability. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: demolishing existing switchgear and medium voltage cabling; purchasing and installing new switchgear and cable; and performing commission testing on the newly installed gear and cable. Additionally, support from our High Voltage (HV) Electricians will be required to perform terminations at the new gear and existing switches.

CP002418 - Memorial Union-Dining Services Central Space Remodel
The project consists of, but is not limited to, renovation of the central food court space located on the first floor of the Memorial Union. Scope includes a new food service salad bar, counters, POS stations and food service equipment. Finish upgrades to include new flooring tile, wall finishes, and an acoustic ceiling tile cloud. A new security grille will be installed at the main entry. The project includes limited scope within each of the five venues serving the food court. This includes replacement of existing acoustic ceiling tile and grid, minor painting, and patching of fiber reinforced plastic paneling. Scope of work also includes mechanical and electrical construction in adjacent areas to modify services to serve the space. Some services will be routed through excavated tunnels below.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, installing new 13,800V cable in existing conduits between underground vaults and above ground switchgear, cable splices in existing underground vaults, and cable terminations on above ground switchgear and transformer. Perform hi-pot cable tests on installed cable, splices, and terminations. De-energize and remove existing abandoned cable after new cable is installed.
