This pipe installation begins on the west side of Lot 19 of Turnberry Row subdivision and continues to the west line and into Lot 5 of the Muirfield Village Phase One subdivision. Sale Road Bridge Repair

The general scope of work for this project is the repair of the Sale Road bridge over Lateral L-2A of Contraband Bayou.  This bridge exhibited various defects shortly after it was constructed in 2014.  These defects included road pavement settlement, broken tie-rods, drainage pipe/box failures, etc.  This project’s repair scope includes:
•	Construction of a new concrete deadman tie-rod anchor assembly to restore support to the sheet pile wall;
•	Replace failed drainage concrete pipe and boxes;
•	Removal and replacement of reinforced concrete pavement;
•	The associated traffic management, including detour signage.

Mount onto a new concrete slab adjacent to the cooling tower – east side. I. Background:
Gusting winds, debris impacts, and heavy rain, associated with Hurricane Laura, incurred damage to the chemical feed systems at the Center East, Center West, Chennault, and McNeese Water Treatment Plants, to the point where the systems are not operational. This project will serve to re‐instate operation of ALL chemical feed systems and return the water system to its pre‐storm operation. Scope items have also been identified that would serve to upgrade these antiquated systems to the latest codes and standards.

II. Scope of Services:
Design and implementation of mechanical and electrical improvements, in response to damage incurred as a result of Hurricane Laura (DR‐4559‐LA), to reinstate the damaged systems to pre‐storm conditions and to upgrade these existing systems to coincide with newly applicable codes, standards, and regulations as imposed by governmental bodies with the appropriate jurisdictional authority.

I. Scope of Services:
Removal of storm blown debris from open top wastewater tanks at WWTP A, in response to damage incurred as a result of Hurricane Laura (DR-4559-LA). This Work shall include the following:

A.	GENERAL
1.	Sludge material in tanks listed below to be dewatered, hauled, and disposed of at an approved landfill.
2.	The landfilled product shall have a minimum solids content of 16%.
3.	It shall be the contractor’s responsibility to provide means and methods for the completion of all specified criteria listed herein.

B.	WWTP A
1.	Remove and dispose of settled debris in Digester No. 1 (SOV 81.F.1).
2.	Remove and dispose of settled debris in Digester No. 2 (SOV 81.F.2).
