City of Lake Charles, Louisiana Muirfield Drive Drainage-Phase II Project No. 2025-748 Capital Project No. 3224 The general scope of work for Muirfield Drive Drainage Phase II consists of the installation of approximately 1400 linear feet of 36” diameter storm drainage pipe to augment the existing drainage system. This pipe installation begins on the west side of Lot 19 of Turnberry Row subdivision and continues to the west line and into Lot 5 of the Muirfield Village Phase One subdivision. Project No. 2023-726 Capital Project No. 3019 Sale Road Bridge Repair City of Lake Charles, LA The general scope of work for this project is the repair of the Sale Road bridge over Lateral L-2A of Contraband Bayou. This bridge exhibited various defects shortly after it was constructed in 2014. These defects included road pavement settlement, broken tie-rods, drainage pipe/box failures, etc. This project’s repair scope includes: • Construction of a new concrete deadman tie-rod anchor assembly to restore support to the sheet pile wall; • Replace failed drainage concrete pipe and boxes; • Removal and replacement of reinforced concrete pavement; • The associated traffic management, including detour signage.

Project No. 2023-729 Capital Project No. 3308 Downtown Streetscape Phase II Bilbo St. Between Division St. & Mill Street City of Lake Charles, LA The general scope of work for this project consists of reconstructing paving and sidewalks at the intersection of Division Street and Hodges, and Bilbo Street between Division and Mill, and on Mill Street West of Bilbo in preparation of the new Woodring Apartment development in the 600 block of Bilbo Street. This will be accomplished by: • Reconstructing the sidewalks at the intersections to provide ADA compliant handicap sidewalk ramps • Removing the traffic signals at these intersections and converting them to 4-way stops • Constructing “bulb-outs” to further define existing streetside parking • Increasing the pavement width on the East side of Bilbo Street from Division Street to Mill Street to provide for additional parallel, streetside parking • Salvaging the existing bus-stop assembly and constructing a new bus-stop site on Mill Street This work will also require installation of new drainage features as well as the associated pavement work.

The project shall incorporate various rehabilitation methods such as removal & replacement and cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining as well as sealing or replacement of storm drain inlets to improve drainage flow and maintain the integrity of the properties served by the system.

Project No. 2021-717 Capital Project No. 3346 Lakefront Boardwalk Phase II City of Lake Charles, LA The Lakefront Boardwalk Phase ll will construct a 15-foot-wide walkway with decorative concrete pavers approximately 1000 feet long along the recently installed steel sheet pile bulkhead placed at the Port Wonder/Crying Eagle/Parking Garage site on North beach. This work will include the handrail and reinforced concrete pile cap on the steel sheet pile wall. Lighting, site benches, amenities, and landscaping bordering this new walkway will be incorporated into the project. Walkway access points with connectivity to Crying Eagle and the Parking Garage shall be provided. Site fill and grading along the boundary of the new sidewalk and between the parking garage and walkway will be required.

City of Lake Charles, Louisiana Power Centre Parkway Sidewalks CP 3384 The scope of work for this project is to install sidewalks on the South side of Power Centre Parkway from 5th Avenue to Amoco Rd. East of Hwy. 14. The sidewalks will tie into the existing sidewalks from the Cottages at Power Centre on the southwest side of the 5th Avenue and Power Centre Parkway intersection, crosswalk across 5th Avenue, connect to the existing 5th Avenue sidewalks along the east side, and traverse along the south side of 5th avenue approximately 0.50 miles to Highway 14. This will be followed by a crosswalk with pedestrian signal across Highway 14, and approximately 0.18 miles of new sidewalk along the south side of Power Centre Parkway, connecting to the existing sidewalk near the southwest corner of Amoco Dr. intersection in front of the Lake Charles Charter Academy. The Hwy. 14 crossing requires signal work to modify the traffic pattern to include the pedestrian sequence. The engineering and design has already been included in the project plans and specs. Each of the intersections and driveways, etc. will required removal of existing curb to modify for ADA accessible ramps. See plan sheets and specs for more details and locations.
