Arrow Wood Pond Drainage ---- The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to install pond valves, backfill and fencing at the Arrow Wood Pond lateral (D03LW01154) Section 1 Township 7S Range 11E located in Abita Springs, LA, as per the specifications. The Parish reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law. The time period for completion of the project is twenty-one (21) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) issued by the Parish. Any work that may be reasonably inferred from the specifications or drawings as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not it is specifically called for. Work, materials or equipment described herein which so applied to this project are covered by a wellknown technical meaning or specification shall be deemed to be governed by such recognized standards unless specifically excluded. If the contractor has not done business with the Parish, the contractor should submit a W-9 with their response.

Snead Dr Panels------------------------------------------------------------The Parish requests a contractor to remove, replace and/or repair concrete panels and concrete rollover/barrier curbs, along Snead Dr (R06O017) Section 25 Township 6S Range 12E; Abita Springs, Louisiana.

Toulouse St. - The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to repair sinkholes and eroded pipe, along Toulouse St (R08H016) Section 36 Township 8S Range 14E Slidell, Louisiana.

24-26-2 - Moonraker Dr Drainage --------- All labor and materials necessary to line existing 18” and 24”culverts with Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP). Work shall occur at the locations noted on the attached drawings. All work shall be done in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation procedures and recommendations. All debris shall be removed at no direct pay The Parish reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law. The time period for completion of work is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the Parish.

Holiday Sq Blvd / Falconer Dr Panel Replacements ---- The Parish requests a contractor to improve the roadway by removing/replacing/repairing concrete panels and curbs located at Holiday Square Blvd (R03A032) Section 15 Township 7S Range 11E; and Falconer Dr (R03L161) Section 15 Township 7S Range 11E, located in Covington, Louisiana.
