Installation of Fuel Tanks and Removal of the Existing Fuel Tanks at Department of Public Works Facilities--------To supply all equipment, materials, and labor to place two (2) five thousand (5,000) gallon above ground fuel tanks at each location with all required equipment to supply diesel fuel and unleaded gasoline for governmental equipment usage. Requirements: •Submit all fire marshal paperwork for the scope of work for the project. •Form up a properly sized concrete footing for tank saddlers with welded anchoring. •Install bollards for each tank that is properly sized and meets all regulations. •Pour tank pad and bollards with four thousand (4,000) PSI ready mix concrete. •Supply and install two (2) five thousand (5,000) gallon cylinder Fireguard UL2085, or equal, above ground fuel tank with all required fittings and piping from the fuel tank to the fuel delivery system or approved equal per location. If not biding as specified, specify Make/Model: __________________________________ •Properly ground the fuel tank •Supply and install split containment and overfill protection. •Supply and install a Green Leaf Gauge, or equal, level gauge. If not biding as specified, specify Make/Model: __________________________________ •Install a cap to manually test the fuel level. •Supply an atmospheric vent cap to meet regulations. •Connect and modify to existing fuel delivery system for complete/functional installation comparable with Petrovend software that communicates with Phoenix fuel system. •All waste/debris will be removed from the site and disposed of properly by the completion of the job. •All work should be Monday thru Friday between 7 am and 3 pm unless prior approval from DPW Director. •All equipment shall have a minimum one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty. Workmanship shall be covered by a one (1) year warranty for all installation work. This project time will be for ninety (90) calendar days.

Foxbriar Street Drainage Repair------Contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and equipment to remove/replace existing concrete sidewalk, panels and wrap pipe joints due to base failures as specified on Foxbriar Street (R08V020; S13-T9-R14) located in Slidell, Louisiana. The time period to complete the work shall be forty-five (45) calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed issued by the Parish. Any work that may be reasonably inferred from the specifications or drawings as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not it is specifically called for. Work, materials or equipment described herein which so applied to this project are covered by a well-known technical meaning or specification shall be deemed to be governed by such recognized standards unless specifically excluded. If the contractor has not done business with the Parish, the contractor should submit a W-9 with their response.

Place St. Charles & Place St. Germain Sinkhole Repairs----------------------------The Parish requires a Contractor to excavate around existing pipe and reseal the exterior of the pipe joint at Place St. Charles (R01E020; S47-T7-R11),and at Place St. Germain (R01E030; S47- T7-R10) in Covington, Louisiana.

Berry Todd Rd Bridge - The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and tools necessary for the removal of concrete approach slabs and guard rail and installation of concrete approach slabs, and guard rail, as required per the construction drawings and specifications. The project location is Berry Todd Rd, Sections 43 and 39, Township 8, Range 13E in Lacombe, LA.

2023 East District Panel Replacements--------The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials necessary to improve roadways by removing/replacing and/or repairing concrete panels and concrete rollover/barrier curbs as specified along the following roads: -Ellwood Cir (R08I062) Section 25 Township 8S Range 14E Slidell; -Dockside Dr (R08F031) Section 38 Township 8S Range 15E Slidell; -Cedarwood Dr (R08M067) Section 38 Township 9S Range 15E Slidell; -Clipper Dr (R09J018) Section 44 Township 9S Range 14E Slidell; -Meadow Lake Dr East (R08M075) Section 12 Township 9S Range 14E Slidell; -Foxcroft St (R08V019) Section 13 Township 9S Range 14E Slidell.
