The intersection of Penn Mill Rd and State Highway 190 will undergo widening for the addition of a right-hand turn lane, as well as the addition of subsurface drainage on both sides of the widened road, as specified along Penn Mill Rd (R03D007) Section 23-25, 30 Township 6S Range 10E – 11E and Horse Branch Rd (R03D011) in Section 13-14, 23 Township 6S Range 10E.

A site visit is required and a representative will provide access to existing gutter to evaluate all roof areas of Quads A, B, C and G.

Justice Center Pre-Cast Stone Repairs ------ St Tammany Parish Government is requesting quotes to replace damaged section of pre-cast stone on the Northeast top corner of the Justice Center at 701 N. Columbia Street, Covington LA, 70443. Damage took place during Hurricane Ida, and is at the top of the building, approximately 50’ up. This section measures approximately 3’ wide by 2’ top to bottom. Replacement piece should match existing pieces nearby in profile and color, as closely as possible. All caulking and/or mortar materials should match existing colors as closely as possible as well. A 3’ x 3’ stone cap, along with some lightning protection cabling and rod, that lays on top of that corner may or may not need to be removed in order to replace damaged section underneath.
