Tammany Trace Bridge #25-------------------------------------The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and tools necessary for the removal and replacement of an existing bridge structure, earthwork, and road base. The Contractor shall also perform the relocation of an existing drainage ditch, installation of concrete and asphalt paving, as well as the fabrication and installation of pedestrian handrail, installation of concrete bridge foundations, and installation of a prefabricated steel truss pedestrian bridge, as required, per the construction drawings and specifications.

Tammany Trace Bridge #14 ---- The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the removal and replacement of the asphalt path as well as the demolition of an existing timber bridge, concrete approach slabs, and steel guard rails. Additionally, the Contractor shall install a new pedestrian bridge and associated pile-supported concrete abutments, as required, per the construction drawings and specifications.
The Parish reserves the right to add, remove, or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law.
The time period for completion of work is two hundred and forty (240) calendar days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Bootlegger Road Improvements..............The scope of work for construction includes but is not limited to the following:
1) Removal of the timber bridge and replacement with a concrete 3-span bridge over Timber Branch;
2) Mill and overlay of approximately 3.2 miles along Bootlegger Road beginning neat LA 1077 and ending near LA 21; and
3) Installation of an asphalt shared-use path from Ochsner/Francis Road Roundabout to Resource Bank driveway near LA 21.
Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary for milling, overlaying, asphalt concrete pavement, guardrail, shared-use path, and bridge replacement, as specified.

Lift Station and Blower Control Electrical Panels - Prices remain in effect through December 31, 2019, with the option to extend for (1) one additional year, by written agreement of both parties. Any delivery and/or service charges must be included in the bid price. Quantities may vary; minimum orders shall not be required. It is the intent of the Parish to secure pricing for the specified Lift Station and Blower Control Electrical Panels (panels) for use by the Parish. The Parish intends to replace existing panels and acquire panels for new sites on an ‘as needed” basis. Panels must be assembled per the specifications. Panels will be ordered on an “as needed” basis. Panels shall have at least a one (1) year warranty for the repair or replacement of defects. Samples of materials furnished under the bid shall be submitted for approval by the Parish when and as directed.

The Parish, as a function of Tammany Utilities, owns and operates approximately fifty (50) wastewater treatment plants, forty (40) water wells, and over two-hundred (200) sewage lift stations, water distribution lines and sewage collection lines. The Parish routinely requires submersible centrifugal pumps designed for pumping untreated, unscreened, municipal wastewater as specified (Attachment “A”).
