The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials
necessary to complete drainage improvements in accordance with the construction
plans and specifications for the Rosedown Subdivision, located in Mandeville,
Louisiana, 70471. The work includes replacement of existing drainage
infrastructure along Camden Court, construction of a new concrete-lined channel
to Lake Vista Drive, replacement of culverts under Lake Vista Drive, and all
incidental work, such as replacement of concrete street panels, sidewalks, and
driveways, utility relocations, installation of sewer and water conflict boxes, and
placement of rip rap at the outfall.

Concrete culverts shall be made according to the standards of ASTM C-76 (Bell & Spicket for round and ASTM C-506 for arch with rubber gasket or FWG joints. Pipes need to be on DOTD Materials List.

• Sure-Lok F477 pipe shall have a smooth interior and annular exterior corrugations
• Four through ten-inch pipe shall meet AASHTO M252, Type S
• Twelve through sixty-inch pipe shall meet AASHTO M294, Type S
• Manning’s “n” valve for use in design shall be 0.010 to 0.012.

Price per ton, scale ticket required, FOB Parish Trucks, pit site, for surface course aggregates, sand clay gravel, sands, pea gravel, road gravel clay and fill dirt (road gravel: deleterious material not allowed, i.e. sticks, clay balls, etc.) (sand: A-4 Select) as may be required from time to time in the maintenance and construction of Parish roads within the Parish of St. Tammany. Bids are to be made on such materials according to the 2006 Edition of the State of Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development’s Blue Book titled Louisiana Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges.
Price per ton on hauling (scale tickets required for hauling and for pickup) of road materials from pit or landing place to the various road maintenance districts within the Parish.
Price per ton on truck spreading road materials on various roads within the Parish as may be required.

Ben Thomas Road Subsurface and Sidewalk Improvements ----- The work specified in this project will require the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools and material necessary for the installation of storm drainage and a sidewalk along the southern side for Ben Thomas Rd (R09D037) Slidell, Louisiana.
