Structure Demolition & Slab Removal----The Parish is seeking a Contractor for the demolition and debris removal of ten (10) single-family residential homes, along with associated improvements, located in Slidell, Louisiana 70461.
St. Tammany Parish Government has acquired certain properties located throughout the Parish as part of the Louisiana Watershed Initiative – St. Tammany Parish Buyout Grant Program. In accordance with federal grant requirements, properties purchased with federal funds through this program must be permanently restricted to open space, recreational, or wetlands management uses. To comply with these requirements and facilitate the return of these properties to a natural state, the Parish is soliciting quotes for demolition and debris removal services.
