Sodium Bisulfite Bulk Delivery---- St. Tammany Parish Government (STPG) Department of Utilities (DU) is seeking a Vendor for the supply and delivery of Sodium Bisulfite NaHSO3 (Liquid 40% Solution-Dechlorination) for multiple Wastewater Treatment Facilities located throughout St. Tammany Parish. The awarded contract is on a unit price "as needed" basis according to the specifications provided. DU reserves the right to order Sodium Bisulfite NaHSO3 (Liquid 40% Solution-Dechlorination) at any time during the year and in any quantity, with no minimum order. Each facility has been issued a Louisiana Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (LPDES) permit by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ). DU is required to monitor and comply in accordance with these permits.

De Val Estates Road Improvements------------ The Parish requests that a Contractor provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials necessary to mill and overlay existing roadway surfaces and improve the turn radius, as specified, along De Val Drive (R04D021) and Highland Drive (R04D022) in Mandeville, Louisiana.

Lake Vista Dr Drainage-------------------------------------------The Parish requests a Contractor to improve drainage by resealing and repairing drain pipes, and catch basins along Lake Vista Dr, located in Slidell, LA, as required in the specifications.

One Time Purchase for Water and Sewer Materials ---- St. Tammany Parish Government, Department of Utilities is seeking bids for a one (1) time purchase of water and sewer materials. The Parish reserves the right to ward items as “grouped” or on an all-or-none basis and to reject any or all bids and waive informality. All products shall be new and of current manufacture. Where specified on the bid sheets, prices shall be for the approved brand or a “prior approved equivalent” by the Parish. The unit price bid shall for materials shall include F.O.B. All products shall be new and of current manufacture. Where specified on the bid sheets, prices shall be for the approved Make/Brand or a Prior Approved Equal by the Parish. Where the specifications do not indicate an Approved Make/Brand for an item, the Parish has no preference. The name of any manufacturer mentioned in the specifications is for the purpose of establishing a minimum acceptable standard of quality desired by the Parish. All products bid must have prior approval as "Prior Approved Equivalents". All fields must be filled in. NO blanks will be permitted. If the item is unavailable, please enter N/A. "Price/Each" shall represent the cost for the specified item as well as any delivery charge (if applicable) to the location(s) indicated in this bid.
