This project will remodel rooms 2592, 2594, and 2951 in Food Sciences Building. The scope of work incudes: Room 2951: Remove the existing cabinets, countertops, ceiling, lighting, flooring, and the Ansell fire suppression hood and system. Install stainless steel counters from the Health Nutrition Science Building, along with new vinyl flooring, lay-in gypsum ceiling, new lighting, sinks, dishwashers, an icemaker, mop sink, new hoods, ductwork, and walls will be patched and painted. Room 2592: Remove existing testing millwork, ceiling, flooring, sprinklers, diffusers, lights and switches. Install new acoustical ceiling, sheet vinyl flooring, patch and repaint walls, diffusers, new color changing lights, power for a TV, chairs and movable desks. Room 2594: Remove, flooring, sprinklers, diffusers, lights and switches. New sheet vinyl flooring, patch and repaint walls and ceiling, sound seals for doors, diffusers, exhaust and make-up air for odor control, and new lighting with dimming and color control.

CP1269515-Utilities-Pearson Substation-4.16kV Switchgear and Cable Infrastructure Upgrade
This project will replace the Pearson 4.16kV Substation gear along with medium voltage cabling in order to increase capacity and reliability. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: demolishing existing switchgear and medium voltage cabling; purchasing and installing new switchgear and cable; and performing commission testing on the newly installed gear and cable. Additionally, support from our High Voltage (HV) Electricians will be required to perform terminations at the new gear and existing switches.

This project will reseal the barrel vault roof and replace roof sections A, B, C, D, G, J and I at the College of Design. This project includes, but is not limited to, replacement of the roof with a system designed for a minimum life expectancy of 30 years; roof insulation to meet current energy codes; roof access and safety improvements as needed to meet current university standards; tuckpointing, caulking of all features, roof curbs and parapet walls above the roofline to prevent water infiltration; removal and replacement of all sealant on the barrel vault roof. Abatement will be completed as necessary.

CP1280283-Parking Lots 2026-Pavement Preservation-Concrete Patching
This project will remove and replace concrete pavement in Parking Lot 2 and the ground level parking around the East Campus Parking Deck. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal existing PCC and HMA pavement, storm sewer, parking lot lighting, PCC pavement, PCC sidewalks, pavement markings, finish grading and traffic control. Repairs to the East Campus Parking Deck structure; concrete patching of the lower entrance into the parking deck and Parking Lot 2. Storm sewer structures and lighting will also be evaluated and addressed as needed.

CP1284147-Utilities-Electrical and Steam Infrastructure Improvements FY26
This project includes, but is not limited to, demolition and rebuild of up to 200 feet of existing steam tunnel, replacement of existing steam and condensate pipes, anchors, expansion joints, addition of new steam tunnel access with new reinforced concrete for better structural integrity, and installation of multiple sets of new underground high voltage conduits and two electrical utility vaults west of Beardshear Hall. The physical size of the tunnel will increase for the safety and reliability of the steam distribution system. A new exterior tunnel side chamber access will be added in a section of tunnel that is only accessible from inside Beardshear. Additionally, the project will install new conduits and vaults, allowing for the installation and routing of new high-voltage cable around the west and north sides of Beardshear Hall. The conduits will be upsized to allow for new increased cable capacity and for the raceways to be readily accessible, and cables more easily maintainable and replaceable. This will also remove the safety hazard of a 4160V cable inside the building, once the cable is installed in the new conduits routed around the building.
