This project will remodel rooms 1218D, 1218E, and 1218F. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: removing two interior walls; patching and painting; new flooring and base; new ceiling and lighting; demolishing existing casework; relocating plumbing; relocating electrical receptacles; and modifying sprinkler lines and HVAC ductwork.

This project will remodel rooms 1107, 1220, 1222F, 1222G, and 1222H. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: removing a wall; patch and painting all walls; new flooring; new lighting; installing new sinks; demolishing existing casework and installing new casework and benching; relocating electrical receptacles; and modifying HVAC ductwork.

This project proposes to remodel rooms 2003, 2110, 2116, 2118, 2124, and 2126 of the Human Nutritional Sciences Building (HNSB) to accommodate a Textiles Science Teaching Laboratory. A future project will include a first-floor remodel of HNSB to accommodate a Tearoom/Student-Run Restaurant (SRR). This project proposed to remodel approximately 2,417 gross square feet of the second floor of HNSB to a Textiles Science Teaching Laboratory (TSL). The TSL, temporarily located in Bessey Hall due to the rebuild of LeBaron Hall, will relocate to the new space. Work consists of demolition of interior space including existing walls, casework, equipment, and finishes. New work will include new walls, casework, fume hoods, finishes, and updated mechanical and electrical work to support the remodel.

This project will remodel the existing studio space. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removing a window from the vestibule wall and installing it in the control room wall; cutting an opening in the vestibule wall for a new window; cutting a large view window into the interior vestibule wood door; and painting all walls, door and window frames. This project also includes numerous lighting additions and upgrades, as well as a large amount of AV equipment.

This project will remodel a previously occupied computer lab space to include both open office space and private office spaces. This project includes, but is not limited to, new walls, flooring, paint, and furniture; additional mechanical equipment and controls for private offices; existing mechanical modifications; sprinkler modifications; and new lighting and lighting controls.
