This project will remodel rooms 2592, 2594, and 2951 in Food Sciences Building. The scope of work incudes: Room 2951: Remove the existing cabinets, countertops, ceiling, lighting, flooring, and the Ansell fire suppression hood and system. Install stainless steel counters from the Health Nutrition Science Building, along with new vinyl flooring, lay-in gypsum ceiling, new lighting, sinks, dishwashers, an icemaker, mop sink, new hoods, ductwork, and walls will be patched and painted. Room 2592: Remove existing testing millwork, ceiling, flooring, sprinklers, diffusers, lights and switches. Install new acoustical ceiling, sheet vinyl flooring, patch and repaint walls, diffusers, new color changing lights, power for a TV, chairs and movable desks. Room 2594: Remove, flooring, sprinklers, diffusers, lights and switches. New sheet vinyl flooring, patch and repaint walls and ceiling, sound seals for doors, diffusers, exhaust and make-up air for odor control, and new lighting with dimming and color control.

CP1269515-Utilities-Pearson Substation-4.16kV Switchgear and Cable Infrastructure Upgrade
This project will replace the Pearson 4.16kV Substation gear along with medium voltage cabling in order to increase capacity and reliability. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: demolishing existing switchgear and medium voltage cabling; purchasing and installing new switchgear and cable; and performing commission testing on the newly installed gear and cable. Additionally, support from our High Voltage (HV) Electricians will be required to perform terminations at the new gear and existing switches.

This project will remodel approximately 42,500 square feet of office and conference room space on the first and second levels of the Administrative Services Building, as well as replace furniture in more than half of the building. The scope of the remodel work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing pendant light fixtures, drywall partitions, doors, and transom windows, as well as the removal of the existing ceiling systems. New improvements include creating three additional offices, six team collaboration rooms, and a dedicated lactation room; updating finishes and furniture; and modifying mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology MEPT systems as required.

CP1044573-Lloyd Veterinary Medical Center-Large Animal Ward 3-Expansion
This project will add 22,043 square feet of space to the existing facility. The project includes four building extensions and one free-standing structure. The additions are enhanced reproduction, critical care, horse rehabilitation, theriogenology, and a free-standing feeding and bedding facility. The new building will comprise of modest demolition of the existing wards and large animal hospital, as well as the construction of three expansions and infill between wards one and two, using materials and structures that are compatible with the current facilities. To support the additions, new services such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical power, lighting, fire protection, telecommunications, and security will be implemented. The present hospital and wards will continue to operate during the construction period, and any disruptions to services, deliveries, and daily operations must be managed with the ISU construction manager and the College of Veterinary Medicine Staff.
