This project replaces two high-voltage electrical Switches, 24 and 25, with new switches near Estes Hall and Carver Hall, respectively. The new Switch 24 will be located at an above-ground pad north of Estes Hall. The new Switch 25 will be located in a new underground vault west of the existing vault. In both cases, the existing vaults will remain, repurposed to aid future cable installations. New underground conduit will also be added to each of the new vaults, and a new high-voltage cable will be installed between Switch 25 and Estes Hall.

This project includes, but is not limited to, repairs to the existing Beyer Hall swimming pool equipment. Work includes capping the surge tank to prevent chloramine gas from entering the equipment room, and the replacement of the above-ground pool piping, circulation and drain pumps, and the sand filtration system.

This project includes but is not limited to the replacement of Air Handling Unit 12 (AHU12), including associated plumbing, ductwork, electrical service, insulation, and controls. This unit provides heating, cooling, and limited ventilation to several workspaces.

This project will remodel room 1056 in Black Engineering to remove obsolete equipment and install the air handler unit being removed from LeBaron Hall. The project includes, but is not limited to, new ductwork and electrical, a new exhaust fan, gas connections, a toxic gas cabinet, and refinishing the floor.

Base bid includes, but is not limited to, replacement of ceiling-mounted light fixture interiors and lamps with "led" retrofit kits, as detailed on the drawings. Light fixture and building wiring will be replaced as indicated on the drawings.
