This project includes, but is not limited to, updating finishes, lighting, wall graphics, and spatial configuration to improve visitor and occupant perceptions of the space.

This project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of roof sections A, D, F, and X to meet current energy codes and roof safety standards. These new sections will have a life expectancy of at least 30 years.

This project will convert two offices into a more centrally located conference room, convert the conference room in the office suite area into three new offices, create an office suite for the Dean of Students, and upgrade finishes in multiple offices and corridors to match other recently completed interior improvements. This project includes, but is not limited to replacing the ceiling mounted light fixture interiors and lamps on each of the seven (7) floors in the tiers within the I.S.U. Parks Library with new “LED retrofit kits” as detailed on the plan sheets. Light fixture and building wiring will also be replaced as indicated on the plan sheets. ALTERNATE ONE BID: In lieu of LED retrofit kits, replace the ceiling mounted light fixtures (housing, interior and lamps) with new light fixtures as detailed on the plan sheets.
