This project will convert two offices into a more centrally located conference room, convert the conference room in the office suite area into three new offices, create an office suite for the Dean of Students, and upgrade finishes in multiple offices and corridors to match other recently completed interior improvements. This project includes, but is not limited to, architectural, mechanical, electrical, technology, equipment, finishes, and furniture.

This project will modernize one passenger elevator in the Jacobson Athletic Building. The modernization includes new controller, door operating equipment, and signal fixtures

This project includes, but is not limited to replacing the ceiling mounted light fixture interiors and lamps on each of the seven (7) floors in the tiers within the I.S.U. Parks Library with new “LED retrofit kits” as detailed on the plan sheets. Light fixture and building wiring will also be replaced as indicated on the plan sheets. ALTERNATE ONE BID: In lieu of LED retrofit kits, replace the ceiling mounted light fixtures (housing, interior and lamps) with new light fixtures as detailed on the plan sheets.

This project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of six RTUs at the Frederiksen Court Community Center.

This project will replace the existing traffic signals with new signals that meet current traffic control standards. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, new signal poles, heads, controllers, countdown timers on the crosswalks, radar-based vehicle and bicycle detection, left turn flashing arrows, leading pedestrian interval phasing, ADA compliant crosswalk controls, and concrete patching in the intersection.
