This project will remodel a previously occupied computer lab space to include both open office space and private office spaces. This project includes, but is not limited to, new walls, flooring, paint, and furniture; additional mechanical equipment and controls for private offices; existing mechanical modifications; sprinkler modifications; and new lighting and lighting controls.

CP1281967-Dairy Farm-Barn Roof Truss-Repair
This project includes, but is not limited to, structural repairs of existing wood trusses at the Dairy Barn, DF-10, to plumb existing truss support posts to close gaps and install repairs. Repairs include removal of previous repair splices (approximately 30 locations), and installation of new 2 x 10 splices and additional knee bracing on all trusses. Repairs also include new chord bridging and new cross bracing, as shown on the drawings. Electrical conduit will need to be removed and reinstalled along the trusses as repairs are made. At two locations, sprinkler piping will need removed and reinstalled.

This project will replace the existing traffic signals with new signals that meet current traffic control standards. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, new signal poles, heads, controllers, countdown timers on the crosswalks, radar-based vehicle and bicycle detection, left turn flashing arrows, leading pedestrian interval phasing, ADA compliant crosswalk controls, and concrete patching in the intersection.

Through renovation, this space will meet the needs of the Volleyball program with two practice courts, locker room, coaches and staff offices, team room, and training room. The project will relocate the building entrance from the northwest corner of the building to the west side. The mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and wayfinding will be upgraded to meet the needs of the new occupants.

CP1170291-Veterinary Medicine-Domestic Water Line Replacement-Phase 7
This project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the deteriorating galvanized domestic water lines in the facility and to continue to add isolation values to improve the zoning of the domestic water service. The original galvanized piping will be replaced by copper piping and will include isolation gate valves to support ongoing and future maintenance of this facility.
