The project consists of, but is not limited to, installing new 13,800V cable in existing conduits between underground vaults and above ground switchgear, cable splices in existing underground vaults, and cable terminations on above ground switchgear and transformer. Perform hi-pot cable tests on installed cable, splices, and terminations. De-energize and remove existing abandoned cable after new cable is installed.

Renovation includes two (2) stacks of restrooms, with restrooms located on four floors. New restrooms will be inserted into locations on First and Fourth floors which are not currently restrooms. Project also includes reconfiguration of underground sanitary sewer, connection of piping to new owner furnished water heater, and tie-in of existing water softener to new water heater.

CP002436 - Friley Residence Hall Window Replacement
The project consists of, but is not limited to the installation of new aluminum windows throughout Friley Hall to replace existing windows removed under separate abatement contract, (exceptions noted in documents). New accessory items to the window installation are included as well as patch, repair and painting of existing wall construction to facilitate installation of new window assemblies.
