2019 District 11 Road Improvements, Pt 1 ----- The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials necessary to improve roadways by milling and to overlay and/or to patch road surfaces as specified along Denise Dr. (R06G010) Section 26 Township 7S Range 14E; Julia Dr. (R06G007) Section 26 Township 7S Range 14E; Willis O’Berry Rd. The Scope of work shall include all items as listed within the specifications. Electrical Parts and Equipment Part 2....Prices remain firm and in effect through December 31, 2020, with the option to extend for one (1) additional year by written agreement of both parties. The Parish, as a function of Tammany Utilities, owns and operates approximately fifty (50) wastewater treatment plants, forty (40) water wells, over two-hundred (200) sewage lift stations and miles of water distribution and sewage collection lines. Tammany Utilities System is comprised of systems acquired over time, which may require items not anticipated in this bid proposal request. In the event additional items and/or upgraded items are required by the Parish, the Bidder may provide the items with prior written approval by the Parish. It is the intent of the Parish to secure pricing for the electrical parts and equipment (product) specified on the Section VI. Unit Price Sheet for use by the Parish on an “as needed” basis.

TU Fire Hydrant Replacement - Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, equipment, materials, supplies etc. necessary to replace the identified existing hydrants with new hydrants per the specifications. Contractor shall coordinate all work with Tammany Utilities (TU) and notify TU at least 72 hours in advance of any hydrant work. Any work requiring the issuance of a boil advisory shall only be performed on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays to accommodate sample collection and the operating hours of the State laboratory.
