The Parish, as a function of Tammany Utilities, owns and operates approximately fifty (50) wastewater treatment plants, forty (40) water wells, over two-hundred (200) sewage lift stations and miles of water distribution and sewage collection lines. The Tammany Utilities System is comprised of systems acquired over time, which may require items not anticipated in this bid proposal request. In the event additional items and/or upgraded items are required by the Parish, the Bidder may provide the items with prior written approval by the Parish. It is the intent of the Parish to secure pricing for the specified sewer and water appurtenances to supplement the 2018 Sewer and Water Appurtenances Bid. The items will be ordered on an “as needed” basis for locations throughout the Parish.

STPC-Building Remodel to Convert Lab Into Offices.......Demolition of existing office cubicles, furniture, partitions, emergency shower, and wall mounted eyewash station. Construction of new partitions and glass storefront for seven (7) new offices, evidence and cold storage rooms, and open office wet lab w/ eight (8) new workstations.

Brewster Rd. ----- The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials necessary to improve roadway by reconstructing the existing road surface as specified along Brewster Rd (R01J012) Section 9 Township 7S Range 10, Covington, LA. 70433. The scope of the Road Improvements project includes, but not limited to scarify and compact roadbed, cement stabilized base, asphalt binder course, asphalt wearing course, driveways turnouts and intersecting road tie-ins, RAD shoulder materials, storm drain pipe, catch basin, pavement markings, legends and symbols thermoplastic, and cold planning, as specified.
