Scope for Accounts Receivable, ID Card Office, Treasury, and a shared space in 3410 Beardshear for Accounts Receivable and Financial Aid. Accounts Receivable 0810 Beardshear: Reconfigure space to accommodate the ID Card Office 0810A: Reconfigure current Conference Room into two workstations and a small kitchenette 0810C: Reconfigure current office into two work stations to support ID Card 0880: Reconfigure AR Front Office to move kitchenette out and add small student workstations 0530 Beardshear: Remodel current card office for Treasury space 3410 Beardshear: Update paint and carpet, in addition to office furniture for 3410A, 3410C to allow for shared workspace offices

This project will remodel multiple rooms, hallways and stairwells in the East Wing of the Student Services Building. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, patching and painting; new flooring; new upper and lower cabinets; new furniture, tables, and chairs; new cabinetry; and new carpet and blinds.

This project will remove and replace four existing boilers; increase the size of existing concrete curbs to support new equipment; install a new domestic water heat exchanger and all associated electrical, plumbing, and gas piping to complete the work.
