This project consist of, but is not limited to, the installation of new aluminum windows throughout Birch, Welch, and Roberts Residence Halls to replace existing windows removed under a separate abatement contract, (exceptions noted in documents). New accessory items to the window installation are included as well as patch, repair, and painting of existing wall construction to facilitate installation of new window assemblies. Construction will be completed during the summer of 2019 only—see Construction Progress Schedule and substantial completion dates.

The Project consists of the alteration of public hallways and office areas on second floor of Curtiss Hall, including the addition of a single use restroom, lactation room, and custodian’s closet.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, installation of a new low-pressure condensate return system between buildings 1 through 6 at Veterinary Medical Research Institute (VMRI). Work includes abandonment or removal or existing condensate lines, installation of new condensate return piping between buildings, connection of new piping to existing service inside each building, and removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk as needed for installation.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, providing transportation, equipment, materials, construction, and services necessary to remodel the interior of a pre-engineered steel farm building. Work will include spray foam insulation, steel wall liner, miscellaneous carpentry, mechanical, and electrical work.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, remodeling existing offices and conference space, ceiling replacement, flooring installation, painting, lighting, doors and associated hardware, lighting upgrades, millwork, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and access controls.
