THE PROJECT WILL TAKE PLACE IN MULTIPLE PHASES OVER MULTIPLE YEARS IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN PLANT OPERATIONS.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, remodeling three primary corridor spaces. Improvements include removing and replacing old ceiling systems with new lay-in and decorative ceilings, new lighting, new paint finishes on walls and any exposed ceiling, and new floor base. The common student hub area will be updated to receive new carpet and a coffee bar. A new rated glass door will be installed to improve visibility and to better welcome students into the space.

Work also includes installing a new door and frame, insulating an existing wall, and installing a new air handling unit, ductwork, controls and associated piping with the installation of the unit.
