North I-10 Exit Ramp 30 B and Service Road - Installation of trees, palms, and shrubs. South I-10 Service Road - Installation of trees, palms, and shrubs. Cove Lane and Roundabout - installation of trees, palms, shrubs, and installation within the roundabout borrow fill material, concrete curbing, aluminum edging, and decorative stone with binding solution.

Project No. 2016-657 Capital Project No. 3131 Lake Street Reconstruction From McNeese Street South Approximately 1000 Feet City of Lake Charles, LA ~ The general scope of work for Project No. 2016-657, Lake Street Reconstruction from McNeese Street South Approximately 1000 feet, includes the following: 1. Paving: Construct a new 10” thick, 48 to 60-foot wide reinforced concrete pavement with integral curb and 8” compacted stone base. New 6-foot wide plain concrete sidewalk on the East side of the street will be constructed. Approximate project length is about 1000 linear feet. 2. Water: Replace the existing 12” water line with new 12” DR-18 AWWA C900 PVC water pipe including valves and fire hydrants as required. Tie into the existing water line at McNeese Street and at W. Contour Street. Tie the new 12” water line to meters with new service lines. The existing 12” water line to be abandoned is to be grouted in place or removed. 3. Drainage: Install new underground drainage system that will connect to the 72" drainage line beneath McNeese Street. The existing drainage system on Lake Street will be removed and replaced with the new upgraded system. 4. Traffic: Upgrade traffic signal and striping at intersection of Lake and McNeese Street.

Center West Water Treatment Plant 500,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation Capital Project Number OP 0600 City of Lake Charles, LA ~ I. Scope of Services: A. The City of Lake Charles Water Division currently owns and operates the 500,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank at the Center West Water Treatment Plant. Rehabilitation of the existing tank in general includes: a. Drainage improvements around the tank b. Erection and maintenance of a temporary containment system to contain sand blasting and paint debris from falling on adjacent properties and vehicles. c. Light sand blasting of the tank exterior and appurtenances and applying a three coat exterior coating system to the entire tank exterior. d. Sandblasting interior tank walls and appurtenances and applying 3 coat interior coating system to these surfaces. e. Perform the necessary adjustments to windages/sway rods to return the tank to its original erect, design conformance. f. Furnish and install repairs and improvements to the interior roof, vent, roof ladder, etc. g. Furnish and install new catwalk improvements, ladder gate, fall protection signs, safety handrails, confined space signs, primary shell manway, bowl ladder, fall protection device, brass lock, overflow pipe and roof vent screening, etc. h. Bring the storage tank and its safety components into compliance with current AWWA/OSHA/NFPA safety requirements by the completing the addition or replacement of all non‐compliant items noted from the tank inspection.

Project No. 2017-665 Capital Project No. 3072 Fitzenreiter Road Park Entrance Road Drainage Improvements City of Lake Charles, LA ~ The general scope of work for Project No. 2017-665 includes installation of drainage pipe and catch basins for roadside drainage improvements, and side slope protection.

Capital Project No. CP9778 Civic Center Elevator Equipment Replacement City of Lake Charles, LA ~ SCOPE OVERVIEW This Project (Base Bid) will refurbish and modernize one (1) service elevator designated as Elevator #2 (Base Bid) as stated in technical specifications. (Alternate-1)- The passenger elevator designated as Elevator #3 will require refurbishment/replacement (only) of interior of cab finish hardware as specified in technical specifications. (Alternate-2)- The passenger elevator designated as Elevator #1 to be refurbish and modernized as stated in technical specifications. All existing elevators are located in main thru corridor of Civic Center accessible from main front bldg. entrance or main rear entrance at east and west side of the Civic Center Bldg respectively. Contractor shall provide all qualified labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete all tasks required that will achieve a completed functional system as related to all pertinent equipment affected by this job.
