The project consists of, but is not limited to, the repair and replacement of the patio structure, surface, stairs, and railings on the west exterior patio at Roberts Residence Hall. Interior patio walls below the surface will be repointed and waterproofed. The current patio crawlspace will be regraded, filled with geofoam, and topped with a new concrete base and patio surface. New subdrainage, downspouts, and patio surface drains will be connected to the existing storm drain.
