The project consists of, but is not limited to, the replacement of AHU 2, in Room 061, minor demolition of existing plaster bulkheads, repair and replacement of existing acoustical tile ceilings, in corridors C0101, C0155, C0255, and C0355 and electrical work associated with AHU 2 and ceilings in corridors C0101, C0155, C0255, and C0355.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, modifications to the interior and exterior accessible ramps at the lower level of Physics Hall to provide compliant access into and throughout the lower level. The project also includes replacement of various sections of guardrail, handrail, and doors along the accessible routes undergoing modifications.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, the remodeling of existing laboratory and office space, into a Core Laboratory. This project includes minor demolition, new walls, new doors, finishes and equipment to create the new Core laboratory.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, remodel of an existing first floor bathroom into new resident laundry area. The work includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system modifications, interior finish updates, and layout changes.

This project will construct an addition to Parking Lot 1, west of Friley Hall and south of Martin Residence Hall and realign Sheldon Avenue Extension, west of Town Engineering and Lot 10. The project consists of, but is not limited to, pavement removal, grading, storm drainage, underground and surface detention, PCC paving, communication utilities and lighting.
