New work includes, but is not limited to, new walls, casework, fume hoods, doors, finishes, and infill of existing wall openings and roof patching to accommodate new mechanical rooftop equipment. Mechanical scope includes new supply and exhaust ductwork, new building automation controls, and new plumbing to support lab equipment in the space. Electrical scope incudes a new panel, new power services to support lab equipment, new lighting, and new fire alarm devices. Fire protection scope includes removal and re-installation of sprinkler piping and heads in the space.
