This project includes, but is not limited to, new walls, flooring, paint, and furniture; additional mechanical equipment and controls for private offices; existing mechanical modifications; sprinkler modifications; and new lighting and lighting controls.

CP1281967-Dairy Farm-Barn Roof Truss-Repair
This project includes, but is not limited to, structural repairs of existing wood trusses at the Dairy Barn, DF-10, to plumb existing truss support posts to close gaps and install repairs. Repairs include removal of previous repair splices (approximately 30 locations), and installation of new 2 x 10 splices and additional knee bracing on all trusses. Repairs also include new chord bridging and new cross bracing, as shown on the drawings. Electrical conduit will need to be removed and reinstalled along the trusses as repairs are made. At two locations, sprinkler piping will need removed and reinstalled.

The project will include site work and footings excavation. The building will have concrete foundations, a partial concrete floor, metal exterior doors and frames, and eight interior metal doors and frames.

CP002760-Lagomarcino Hall-Roof Replacement-Sections C, G, and H
This project will replace roof sections C, G, and H at Lagomarcino Hall. The project includes, but is not limited to, replacement with a new roof designed that has a minimum useful life expectancy of 30 years. Roof insulation will be increased to current energy codes, and the appropriate roof safety systems and equipment will be installed to current University standards. All masonry walls and features above this roofline that tie directly into this system will be repaired, tuck-pointed, or caulked to prevent water infiltration through these critical interfaces.
