This project will replace the existing 85kW indoor open-frame natural gas generator in VMRI 40 with a similarly sized outdoor natural gas generator with weather and sound-insulated housing. The scope of work includes installing a concrete pad, removing and replacing the generator, and reconfiguring all related electrical connections to meet current codes. Patch and repair the existing hole, and grade and seed.

Interior patio walls below the surface will be repointed and waterproofed. The current patio crawlspace will be regraded, filled with geofoam, and topped with a new concrete base and patio surface. New subdrainage, downspouts, and patio surface drains will be connected to the existing storm drain.
