CP1278052-State Avenue Warehouse-Roof Replacement
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removing existing EPDM roofing and insulation, removing two ventilators, and infilling open areas with roof panels. This project will replace roof sections C, G, and H at Lagomarcino Hall. The project includes, but is not limited to, replacement with a new roof designed that has a minimum useful life expectancy of 30 years. Roof insulation will be increased to current energy codes, and the appropriate roof safety systems and equipment will be installed to current University standards. All masonry walls and features above this roofline that tie directly into this system will be repaired, tuck-pointed, or caulked to prevent water infiltration through these critical interfaces.
