The project consists of, but is not limited to, removal of existing concrete and asphalt pavement, structural demolition, new asphalt and concrete pavement with concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, storm sewer structures, piping and subsurface detention, parking lot lighting, pavement markings, concrete retaining wall, compactor enclosure and finish grading/topsoil.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, installation of new clean agent fire suppression system to serve data center space. Project also includes limited modifications to double-interlock pre-action system serving space, installation of combination fire/smoke dampers in ductwork serving space, limited architectural modifications, etc. All work associated with fire alarm systems shall be included as part of Bid Alternate #2 or Bid Alternate #3. Refer to Bid Alternate descriptions and documents for additional information.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, removal of existing trees, erosion control, PCC sidewalks, lighting, pre-engineered steel truss recreational trail bridge, stream channel modifications, and finish grading.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, materials and labor to build-out a 3920 square foot work area. This area has all of the under floor utilities installed, has a concrete floor, is in an insulated building enclosure, has drywall ceiling and perimeter walls. The ceiling and walls are not taped or finished. The project shall include constructing interior walls, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of concrete pavement, concrete sidewalks, reconstruction of storm sewer structure, new and relocated roadway and sidewalk lighting, pavement markings and finish grading.
