The project consists of, but is not limited to, expanding the existing 4160 volt electrical substation located south of the General Services Building to accommodate a new 8.4 MVA transformer, 13,800 volt switchgear, a high voltage feeder cable from Haber Road substation to service the new transformer and switchgear and high voltage feeder cables from the new transformer to the existing 4160 volt switchgear along with new underground raceway systems. Site work includes the removal of the existing site masonry enclosure, construction of new footings and enclosure walls, relocation of an existing underground water main, replacement of a section of stream tunnel roof and replacement of affected roadway and parking lot pavement.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, replacement of curtainwall components outside of the structural back members including glazing, entrance door replacement, and interior finish repairs as a result of water intrusion damage.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items required for scope of work.

The project consists of the replacement of the tile roof, skylight, gutters, copper flashing, copper collection boxes, and copper downspouts on the gambrel roof at the Enrollment Services Building. In addition, replacement of the membrane roofs on the three porches, tuckpointing of brick as shown on the drawings, cleaning of stone ornamentation, and repairs and painting of wood trim.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, removal of the existing ballasted roof system down to the existing asphaltic built up roof layer. Installation of new insulation and fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roof membrane roof (base bid) or PVC roof membrane (alternate #1). Removal and reinstallation of metal flashings, disconnection and reconnection of equipment as needed, extension of curbs and new walk pads.
