Mechanical scope includes new unitary heating and cooling equipment and ductwork, new dust collector, and updates to existing building automation system to support new equipment. Electrical scope includes new electrical transformer and panel, new lighting, and new fire alarm panel. Scope of work includes replacement of existing interior doors with rated doors and modifications to existing gypsum walls to meet fire rating requirements.
