The work includes all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to complete the improvements. The project consists of, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, pavement removal, grading, intake replacement, storm sewer installation, subgrade preparation, curb & gutter, asphalt milling, HMA pavement, 5” PCC sidewalk, full-depth HMA patching, reinforced PCC stairs, pavement markings, parking lot light lighting , concrete encased duct bank, traffic control, surface restoration, construction survey, and miscellaneous associated work.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, athletic field lighting and installation, including lighting controls, poles and lighting fixtures.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, relocation of the service desk and renovation of the commons area with new study rooms adjacent to the entry area. Work includes demolition of existing offices and floor finishes, and alterations of mechanical and electrical systems to support the renovation.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, the demolition of existing turf, softball infields, service building, utilities and athletic field accessories. Work in this project includes but is not limited to installation of athletic field turf, irrigation systems, electrical services and distribution, site grading domestic water service and distribution, sidewalks building foundations, masonry construction, roofing and athletic fencing.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of existing PCC and HMA pavement, new HMA pavement with PCC curb and gutter, PCC pavement and sidewalks, storm sewer structures and piping, a bioswale, parking lot and sidewalk lighting, surface and subsurface detention, pavement markings, and finish grading/topsoil.
